A true British classic. We've taken our good time over this one and boy has it been worth it! Grass-fed Yorkshire lamb and caramelised onions are slowly bubbled into a rich ragu with carrots, fresh herbs, and a good glug of red wine, topped off with perfectly buttery mash. Perfect for those blustery evenings.

Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE

Not suitable for a microwave, oven cook from frozen for best results.
