lemon mix (sweetened condensed MILK, fresh lemon juice 25%, pasteurised whole EGG, double cream
(MILK)), all butter pastry tart (WHEAT flour, butter (butterfat (EU) (MILK), beta carotene), sugar, free
range EGG, water, salt), neutral glaze (sugar, glucose syrup, water, gelling agents: (agar, pectin), acidity
regulators: (citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrates), preservative: (potassium sorbate), water).

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 30 secoonds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 45-60 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot.

Dulwich Pantry

We are husband and wife team, Mark and Molly, serving up traditional favourites in our South London Kitchen since 2018. With our menu of much-loved classics, we are always trying to improve on traditional recipes all while keeping quality and taste at the forefront. We take pride in everything we do, so we use nothing but the best ingredients to keep all our customers happy!

Confusing Labelling

The tart was very nice lemony without being too tart, and good pastry. I was confused by the labelling which says it should be eaten chilled (it should) but then mentions use of oven in the summary cooking label on the front.

My Review

Large portion size and a really lemony taste and filling, perfect with cream I think.

Delicious

Very sharp lemony tart, pastry good, filling amazing. Decent size - I am not a pudding person really, cut this in half and had half at lunch, half for tea. Loved it

Full of Citrusy Goodness.

A beautiful citrus dessert with soft crumbly pastry. A true treat for the tastebuds.

I absolutely love this tart. Filled with scrummy lemony citrusness. Crumbly, almost crunchy pastry case which is filled to the brim with a sharpe (but not too sharpe) soft lemon centre. I had mine at room temperature in the same way you would eat a tart au citron. It's truly a delight to eat.
