Allow me to introduce you to one of my favourite pastries. These savoury pastries are a true labor of love, but oh so worth the effort.
When you break open a kibinai, the aromas are just incredible. You'll be hit with those intoxicating spices and a waft of freshly baked bread.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

Microwave: Heat on full power(950W) for 2-3 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes or until piping hot.

Lithuanian Kitchen

I've loved cooking since I was young and it has been a source of confidence for me as well as a creative outlook. Since being in the UK, I've adapted my recipes to cater to the local taste buds, fusing Lithuanian food culture with the British palate. This makes me happy as it allows me to share my country's cuisine with the country I have grown to love.

Lovely & different

Mushroom one tasted amazing, chicken one was very nice but not quite as good as the mushroom. Each came as 2, very good size.

Flakey Pastry & Intriguing Aroma

First time trying these. The aroma whilst cooking was intriguing. The pastry was delicious light and flakey, with a generous amount of chicken filling. It would be useful to know if they should be eaten on their own or with a condiment. I had them as is but feel they need a little something. The jury’s still out for me on these.

Spinach and cottage cheese filling inside mouth watering pastry. Absolutely brilliant.

Pastry wonderful. Not sure about the filling though. Happy to try other fillings.

Delicious little dish

They may appear to be slight but full of flavour and actually fine as a main dish with sides or a lovely starter
