Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN (no need to de-frost)

STEAM USING A STEAMER:
1. Remove the packaging and place the dim sum in a steamer, use the steamer paper provided to go under the dim sum. Or you can use baking paper for the same result.
2. Place the steamer on a pot of boiling water (make sure the water is boiling before you start steaming).
3. Steam on high heat for 6-7 minutes.

My prior experience working with the then Global Executive Head Chef of Hakkasan Group allowed me to understand how well educated the customers in the West were on Chinese food and in particular, Dim Sum. The limited availability of specialist dim sum offerings gave me the idea to launch Mai Dim Sum. The rest is history...

These are little pieces of pure joy! Soo light but so much flavour.

In love with these, perfect and fluffy. Steam fabulously!

Deliciously Addictive!

Shop bought just can’t compete with these. Better than ones I’ve tried in restaurants. Steamed from frozen as suggested. Gorgeous soft cloud like texture with a delicious and addictive sweet umami filling. I eat these as part of a little meze at lunch with other nibbly bits from HomeCooks, but the temptation to scoff the whole lot is real! Too good.
