Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7-8 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Som & Tam

Satay Street

We are childhood friends, born in Bangkok. Som loves eating and Tam loves cooking and when we cook together it has always been of epic proportions. Som started her cooking journey by having a chicken satay stall in Brick Lane with recipes passed down by her mum. Tam started cooking and become a chef since he was 18, and also gained experience at the university in Thailand. We want to be ambassadors for your true authentic Thai experience.

I liked the satay sauce - very tasty. I was less impressed with the formed and pressed processed chicken lollipops.

Really good satay taste, authentic

These were beautifully tender skewers. An easy heat option for me also in the airfryer I cooked from chilled in the air-fryer. I think I prefer the full satay box meal as you get more of the lovely sauce. They didn’t dry out being cooked which I wondered if they would. This satay chicken is still one of my favourite meals but I’ll stick to the box with the amazing rice and more sauce.
