Inspired by our Award Winning Pork and Prawn Shui Mai. We created a no-pork shui mai. Juicy chicken thigh combined with flavourful king prawn, seasoned perfectly to your taste. Dip in soy sauce for added richness.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN (no need to de-frost)

STEAM USING A STEAMER:
1. Remove the packaging and place the dim sum in a steamer, use the steamer paper provided to go under the dim sum. Or you can use baking paper for the same result.
2. Place the steamer on a pot of boiling water (make sure the water is boiling before you start steaming).
3. Steam on high heat for 10-11 minutes.

My prior experience working with the then Global Executive Head Chef of Hakkasan Group allowed me to understand how well educated the customers in the West were on Chinese food and in particular, Dim Sum. The limited availability of specialist dim sum offerings gave me the idea to launch Mai Dim Sum. The rest is history...

These were SO GOOD! Full of prawns. Definitely recommend getting these frozen so they don't end up stuck together. We steamed them in our bamboo steamer. Can't wait for more!
