As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power(950W) for 4-6 minutes.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power(950W) for 8-10 minutes.

Hello my name is Pear and I grew up in a small town in Thailand called Sam Roy Yod. My mum says I started cooking at 8 when I flipped a fried egg onto my arm. I moved to London in 2009 and studied international cuisine. I have worked in a variety of kitchens including hotels, patisseries, and JApanese and Thai restaurants. Now I have taken my love for pan-Asian food and started cooking authentic Asian dishes in markets and for private parties.

Duel Purpose

We enjoyed a large potion shared as a side for fried chicken. A interesting mix with something different to taste in every mouthful. Lightly spiced but flavourful. I would have a regular potion as a stress free vegetarian meal.
