Valeria at Ciao Pizza

I was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy. My family are all foodies, and after studying catering at college & working in fine dining restaurants on the island, I moved with my husband (also a chef) to the UK to pursue my passion for patisserie & baking. I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing people, and had the opportunity to feature on the 1st season of Bake Off Creme de la Creme, which we were finalists in.

A really tasty dessert, with the lemon flavour offsetting the sweetness somewhat! 😋😋

Really delicious. I don’t normally like desserts that have alcohol in them. Soft, light and not too sweet.

Lemon desserts are my favourite, this 1 didn't disappoint. Would love a bigger portion.
