I serve this authentic spicy Thai chicken red curry in a traditional way. I have included a garnish of homemade vegetable pickle and served it on top of fluffy jasmine rice. This recipe was passed down from my mother.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7-8 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Som & Tam

Satay Street

We are childhood friends, born in Bangkok. Som loves eating and Tam loves cooking and when we cook together it has always been of epic proportions. Som started her cooking journey by having a chicken satay stall in Brick Lane with recipes passed down by her mum. Tam started cooking and become a chef since he was 18, and also gained experience at the university in Thailand. We want to be ambassadors for your true authentic Thai experience.

Great flavour but disappointing portion

Flavour was absolutely brilliant, best I've had in a long time but unfortunately portion was very small - I ordered the 'large' size & I would say it was small.

Fantastic!

Bursting with flavour, just the right amount of spice kick for me! Right portion size.

I found the cucumber a little bit too mushy for me but otherwise great meal!

Great tasting product

This was a great tasting product and just the right sort of heat for me.
It was sold as large, but not toally sure it was as large as i would have expected. This is the only reason for the 4 stars.

This was a good curry but unfortunately too hot for me so reluctantly won't be ordering again.
