Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7-8 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Som & Tam

We are childhood friends, born in Bangkok. Som loves eating and Tam loves cooking and when we cook together it has always been of epic proportions. Som started her cooking journey by having a chicken satay stall in Brick Lane with recipes passed down by her mum. Tam started cooking and become a chef since he was 18, and also gained experience at the university in Thailand. We want to be ambassadors for your true authentic Thai experience.

My next order:The skewers or the stew?

I didn't realize when ordering that this was not the skewers and was surprised when I opened the box to find a stew and a serving of rice to the side. The larger chunks of chicken in the stew were nice and tender and the spicing seemed more intriguing somehow in the stew -- took us a while to identify where the citrus flavor came from. And I suspect some people (like my husband!) find the skewers too fiddly, but I think I will go back to the skewers, as found the rice didn't work out all that well, as has been the case with other dishes which come with a portion of rice, and somehow just preferred the flavor of the skewers,

Love satay

Tasty meal, rice was a bit sticky. But i think i enjoyed the satay skewers more.

Always delicious. Tender chicken and delicate flavours.

Still a real favourite of mine although found the rice didn’t reheat as well usual this time. This never lasts long in the freezer. I nearly always find it’s gone within days of each order!
