I learnt to cook badly at the young age of 11, practising with my mother who herself had never learnt to cook. We learned together by trial and error. Excellent Dish!

The balance of this meal was perfection, the lamb and aubergine ratio was great and the creamy bechamel tied it all together. So hearty and delicious!
