This takes a long time to cook but it's worth it! Slow-cooked coconut chicken with lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves and coconut cream. I put homemade sweet and sour sauce and chilli sambal on the side so you can decide how hot you want it.

We worked in stressful jobs for many years and the way we would relax was to cook meals together for ourselves and family. A Delight

Nice and tasty. Ratio of rice to curry needs a review. Chef needs to add a little more curry in my opinion. I mix mine together which gives it a sort of Biryani look. I heat mine in the microwave from frozen and it always turns out very well.

Love this Rendang and the beef one too

very flavoursome but maybe a touch too spicy. find it a bit difficult to obtain the right rice consistency while warming up in the microwave. it remains a bit hard to the bite.

Enjoyed this again. Nice treat. I found it actually heated better last time from frozen than from defrosted this time.

Very Tasty Rice

I liked the hot chilli and slight taste of coconut; but in general was disappointed that the meal was mostly rice, there wasn’t very much string chicken! It was very dry even after adding extra water prior to microwaving.
