Cauliflower Cheese

This heartwarming Cauliflower Cheese celebrates a beloved British classic, featuring tender florets of cauliflower enrobed in a rich, creamy cheddar sauce. Each piece is gently cooked until perfectly tender, then blanketed in a velvety cheese sauce that's carefully seasoned to let the natural flavours shine through. The dish is finished with a golden, bubbling top that adds just the right amount of indulgence to this comforting classic.

Meet Giovanna

I have loved cooking since a young age. Once, my sister asked me to fry her an egg, I was anxious as I had never cooked before. When I fried the egg perfectly I fell in love with cooking. Since then I started taking cooking lessons, including in secondary school. I studied professional cookery at Merton College and I am currently studying nutrition and food management at West London University.

Good dish

Nice dish, cauliflower could have been in bigger pieces and I had to add cheese but it tasted great, I’ll buy it again

Absolutely delicious cauliflower cheese! Really enjoyed this with some added med veg on the side. Beautifully cheesy and hearty filling meal but also not overpowering or too heavy . I saved it for a day when there was time to bake it properly rather than microwaved from frozen and Im so glad I did. Crisped up beautifully. Keen to order again when it’s back in stock!

Lovely comfort food

I enjoyed this dish. The cauliflower was cooked to the consistency that I like for cauliflower cheese - soft but still some bite. Good cheesy taste. Sauce could have been a bit thicker but this would not stop me from ordering again. Just right portion size.

Soggy Cauliflower

I was a bit disappointed with this. The sauce is really good, cheesy and good consistency but the cauliflower was soggy and over cooked. I’m sure this was a result of the freezing process as cauliflower does not freeze and thaw successfully.
