Meet Abi

I am a London based Chef where I live with my two teenage boys and silver lab. I have been in catering for over 25 years and have a passion for cooking with great quality ingredients. I am very excited to share my twist on a classic and a firm favourite of mine, I really hope you enjoy.

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

Mac and cheese

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

My favourite dish to cook, it's got to be risotto. There's something meditative about the process - the gentle stirring, gradually coaxing the flavours to meld together. Plus, it's so versatile. Whether it's a simple mushroom risotto or an elaborate seafood one, I never tire of creating new variations.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

My proudest cooking memory was catering my sister's wedding. Seeing the joy on everyone's faces as they savoured the food I'd poured my heart into was incredibly fulfilling
